1. General Terms
Badkidds applies both the Consumer Buying Act and the Distance Contract Act. In order to make your purchase, the customer must be legitimate, 18 years old, or have an guardian approval. Customer means a natural person.
Order of products can be done via www.badkidds.com e-mail. Incoming order will be answered with a written order confirmation by mail. Orders are binding only after order confirmation has been received by Customer.
Badkidds reserves the right to deny customer purchase. All orders are considered binding. If you have made an order by mistake, you must contact us immediately.
Should a product be out of stock, please contact and reset the product . When we receive the item, we will send it to you. If you do not wish the item listed, you can always contact firstname.lastname@example.org and cancel it.
All prices are including Swedish VAT , currently 25% and are written in Swedish kronor. Badkidds reserves the right to VAT increases and other price changes that we can not afford. Fee for shipping and delivery. Postage fee or invoice fee is added.
4. Payment Klarna checkout
We accept Visa and Mastercard. The card payment takes place via an encrypted connection to the dibs payment switch.
5. Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 2-3 business days. Deviations, may occur. In such cases, we will contact the customer. XXX can not be held responsible for delivering out of stock or end product. Shipping costs are always shown in the shopping cart.
6. Delivery delay
If delays for any reason occurs, we will contact you.
We will do all we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, you as a customer have the right to cancel purchase at a substantial delivery delay.
There may be situations that make it impossible for us to complete an order, for example, if our suppliers can not fulfill their commitments to us. Badkidds reserves the right to waive compensation from customers in such situations or at the time of delivery.
Important! In rare cases the mail will delete letters and packages. We do not replace these.

Normally, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to a service workshop. The receipt of the paid is valid as a guarantee. Therefore, always save a receipt during the warranty period!
9. Open purchase / withdrawal right
Badkidds applies the Distance Contract Act. This means that you as a customer are entitled to 14 days' right of return, without special reason.
The goods must be returned in unchanged condition and in original packaging. Badkidds reserves the right to charge a customer if anything is missing, for example , operating instructions. The customer is responsible for return costs. Returns sent by mail will not be redeemed.
Contact us before returning the product. As soon as we have received the goods, your money will be refunded.
Badkidds applies the Consumer Buying Act on complaints. Therefore, we undertake to replace wrong or broken products at no additional cost. Keep in mind not to unpack packages with visible errors that may have affected the condition of the item you ordered. Do in that case a complaint to the Post directly at the place of delivery and ask them to return the package to XXX and write the reason for the return on the package. Then email firstname.lastname@example.org to inform you about the complaint.
11. Unsolved packages
If for some reason you do not resolve your package, you may pay the shipping costs and any postage fee.
Keep in mind that the length of the post has been shortened to 14 days! Unsold packages are charged a fee, currently 95: -. The fee will be charged in arrears. In the event of non-payment, the collection fee is undoubtedly forwarded. No exceptions are made.
